Celebrate your child’s special day in a calm, nature-inspired play space designed for meaningful fun and connection. PlayPatch parties offer a relaxed, thoughtfully curated environment where children can explore, move, and imagine through play—without the chaos or overstimulation.
Our parties are perfect for young children and families who value intentional experiences. While kids enjoy open-ended play, caregivers can gather comfortably, connect, and enjoy the moment. With flexible party options and a welcoming atmosphere, PlayPatch makes celebrating simple, memorable, and stress-free.

Includes 12 children and $25 per child up to 24 and up to 30 adults

Simple colored plates, napkins and tablecloth provided for children's table. All other tableware must be provided.

2 hours of exclusive access: 90 minutes of play and 30 minutes for food and cake. Please note that PlayPatch does NOT supply the food/dessert. You're welcome to serve whatever food you would like.

30 minutes prior to the event to setup before the party and 15 minutes after to take your belongings. Please note using longer than the 15 minutes to leave, can result in additional charges

PlayPatch Birthday Party Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We are honored you've chosen PlayPatch to celebrate your child's special day! Because we reserve our facility, staff, and party time exclusively for your family, the following policy helps us provide the best experience for every guest.
Payment
Full payment is required to confirm your party reservation. Party dates are not guaranteed until payment has been received.
Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the scheduled party will receive a refund less a $50 administrative fee, or you may choose to receive a full credit toward a future PlayPatch party.

Cancellations made 14–30 days before the party are non-refundable but may receive a one-time party credit to be used within six months.

Cancellations made less than 14 days before the scheduled party are non-refundable.
Rescheduling
We understand that unexpected situations happen.

Parties may be rescheduled one time with at least 14 days' notice, subject to availability.

Requests to reschedule with fewer than 14 days' notice due to illness, severe weather, or other unforeseen circumstances may be considered at PlayPatch's discretion.

Any approved rescheduled party must be held within six months of the original party date.
